Access and operations
Roles, authentication, technical access and responsibilities are aligned with the engagement. Service scope, availability and recovery requirements must be specifically agreed.
Make data flows understandable
Planning covers data categories, purposes, systems, access rights and deletion requirements. Recordings, transcripts and AI services require separate consideration.
Report issues with useful context
For technical security or suspected misuse, identify the affected service, time and a factual description. Do not send passwords; agree a suitable route for sensitive material first.
