A standard connection is often described by users or channels. Wholesale voice traffic depends more heavily on destination mix, daily load pattern, call duration and dialling behaviour. A predictive dialler can generate many attempts in a short period even though only some become connected calls. That is why the connection is not sized by agent count alone.
Before preparing an offer, we establish whether you are launching a new operation, testing a second carrier or replacing an existing VoIP provider. This determines useful test destinations, a controlled ramp-up and clear responsibilities between dialler, SBC, network and carrier. We do not promise generic flat rates or unlimited capacity while the actual traffic profile is still unknown.

Voice termination for call centre traffic
For outbound voice traffic, termination provides the path from your SIP platform into the agreed telephone networks. Available routes depend on destinations, traffic type, volume and the features approved for the service. A route is therefore evaluated not only by the minute rate but also by signalling, reachability and operational fit.
Metrics such as ASR, ACD and PDD are useful, but only in context. Lead contactability, campaign settings, destination networks and time of day can materially affect the figures. Meaningful comparisons document test windows and destination mix rather than turning one percentage into a broad quality claim.

Plan CPS and concurrent calls separately
Concurrent calls describe how many connections exist or are being established at once. Calls per second describe how quickly new attempts start. The values affect different parts of the call path. A high attempt rate can load signalling even when few calls connect, while long conversations can occupy many channels despite a modest rate of new attempts.
For sizing, provide expected peaks, average call duration, dialling mode and destination distribution. Technical limits are documented with the approved offer. After a pilot, load can be increased in a controlled manner where observed results and the agreed profile support it.

Caller ID, PAI and callback paths
The displayed caller ID is not an arbitrary text field. From, P-Asserted-Identity, technical username and destination number serve different purposes. SpeedNetwork agrees the expected E.164 format and authorised caller IDs with you. The service is not an offer for caller ID spoofing or bypassing blocking and verification controls.
If called parties should be able to return the call, the inbound path needs separate planning. A successfully presented caller ID does not prove that callbacks reach the correct queue or campaign. Origination, number assignment and opening hours are therefore handled as a separate part of the project where required.

Separate SIP signalling from RTP media
A successful SIP dialogue does not guarantee two-way audio. Firewalls, NAT, SDP addresses, codecs and permitted RTP port ranges affect the media path. Troubleshooting therefore distinguishes call setup, signalling and audio transport. Early media, DTMF, transfers and clean hangup also belong in the test plan.
A useful fault example includes a timestamp with time zone, destination, SIP Call-ID and a short description of the observed result. Credentials and complete lead lists do not belong in a general contact form. Technical call examples can be exchanged through an agreed channel when required.

Two PoPs for defined handover points
For interconnection and technical connectivity, SpeedNetwork identifies two German handover locations: Frankfurt in the Telehouse environment associated with DE-CIX, and Berlin at the Level 3 location associated with BCIX. This describes our PoPs and connectivity options; it does not claim exchange membership or a private circuit automatically available for every project.
The PoP, IP paths and redundancy model are agreed for the specific service. A second location can form part of a resilience or migration design, but it does not replace end-to-end planning of your own servers, internet access and SBC components.
