Business voice communications

VoIP for the way your business works.

From an initial SIP connection to changes in live operation, SpeedNetwork is your point of contact for professional voice communication and the technical questions around it.

For businesses that depend on voice communication

01

Connect your phone system

Connect SIP-based systems to an appropriate voice service. Confirm interoperability, authentication and number use first.

02

Plan contact centre telephony

Consider traffic profile, concurrent calls and dialling behaviour together, with or without Dial24.

03

Integrate a platform

Define interconnection points and call direction for your applications and BYOC projects.

Getting started as a prospective customer

  1. Describe your requirements

Which phone system or platform do you use? Which countries, numbers and call volumes matter?

  2. Agree the connection

Review SIP parameters, codecs, authentication, number signalling and capacity requirements.

  3. Test deliberately

Use agreed test cases to check incoming and outgoing calls, audio and failure behaviour.

  4. Prepare for operation

Document responsibilities, contact routes and the agreed service scope.

Already a VoIP customer?

For changes and technical enquiries, use your agreed contact route or email info@speednetwork.de. The guidance below helps us identify what your enquiry relates to.

01

Change or extension

Identify your account, affected service and requested change. Number and capacity changes require technical and contractual review.

02

Technical issue

Include time and time zone, call direction, observed behaviour and, where available, a SIP error code or call ID. Agree a secure route before sending sensitive traces.

03

Numbers & changes of provider

Identify the numbers involved and the planned date. Number use, supporting documents and any porting requirements are checked separately.

Send a VoIP customer enquiry

Do not send passwords. This website is not a service-status monitor or an emergency channel. Response times and support availability depend on your agreement.

Technical detail, not blanket promises

Country coverage, number availability, encryption, features and commercial terms depend on the specific service and infrastructure involved. We clarify these points before making a commitment.
